Fantastic Service Department Jesse took amazing care of me from first phone call to service finish. It was the first service on my 2015 Fit. Unscheduled service For the second time in the last couple weeks my 1990 Honda Civic would not start after being parked for more than a few days. Both times there was no For the second time in the last couple weeks my 1990 Honda Civic would not start after being parked for more than a few days. Both times there was no obvious cause -headlights not left on, dome light and trunk light not left on. Called Manly Honda and was told I could bring the car in or have it towed in, if necessary, as soon as feasible. The service department was obviously very busy when I arrived, but they took my car in right away, fixing it (replaced battery with applicable warranties) and checking the car for any faults that would cause an unnecessary drain on the battery. I have been having my car serviced at Manly Honda for a number of years and have always found them to be friendly, helpful, efficient, and fair. Plus, the new building is beautiful and the waiting area for customers very comfortable. The coffee/hot drink machine is extraordinary. More

However what really impressed me were the politeness and the professionalism of the service advisers (and everybody else I met at the Service Center) during this visit. We own four Honda's and have seen quite a few dealer service centers across CA. I would rate Manly Honda the best within our experience for the reasons given above. Two persons I would like to single out for exceptional customer service are Irving Ceballos and the shuttle driver Carlos. More

He arranged for a car for the afternoon so I could do so shopping since I live 45 mintues away. He kept me up to date and got my car serviced and answered whatever questions I had.
