After I took my car to my service guy, who said that the 5 year old car had a blown engine, Hyundai charged me $200 to say the same thing. The manager, Josh, refused to call us back to help us figure out what was going on after numerous phone calls and even dropping by. They quoted us $10k for a new engine. We should have heeded the warnings about Hyundai, they are still crappy cars and unfortunately horrible customer service. I'll be going back to Toyotas or Hondas, where there is reliability and consistency. More
