Hello, my name is Brian Manly. My father opened his first store on Santa Rosa Avenue in 1961. A lot has happened since then, not the least being our Hyundai store which we opened on February 12th 1986. We sell new Hyundai vehicles, and also have a beautiful selection of preowned vehicles. Our goal being 5 star service. We couldn't have done all this without the support of our community and we hope to continue as the trusted place for your automotive needs! I'll see you at Manly's!

After speaking with Curtis in great detail, he explained that we traded the vehicle with another dealership and that there were some cosmetic concerns with the vehicle's presentation. Curtis said that we had you bring the vehicle back in and we took care in removing the scratches and made sure you were happy with the condition. We do sincerely apologize for that as I'm sure you can understand, this was not a vehicle in our inventory and that it was another dealership that had this vehicle in the first place. What I am personally satisfied with is the process we extended to you making sure that we took care of your new vehicle in the right way!! Curtis did mention that you were willing to provide a dealer rater score of 5 stars for the dealership and not just him based on the extensive considerations we made in securing your vehicle. I appreciate that your initial experience was not what you expected but the senior management team did step up and make sure the purchase price was extensively lowered to satisfy your expectations. This was explained to you very clearly so I would like to ask if you are willing to change your overall score to 5 stars? It would be very kind of you and certainly helpful to our team. One thing that we constantly do is ensure we learn from our mistakes and make sure our processes are better moving forward so that these type of issues do not occur again.
