I have bought vehicles at this dealership since 1991 and for the first time I’m really unhappy with my service. The service manager, Kelsey , who was also my service advisor knows about this matter and that for the first time I’m really unhappy with my service. I have complained about the fuel door every time I bring the car in…and actually also the tire pressure indicator, With the tire pressure the excuse I kept hearing was oh when the weather is cold it comes on. It’s funny once the tires got replaced we no longer have that problem which leads me to believe that probably the issue from day one was one of the tires. But we no longer have that issue. With the fuel door I kept hearing oh when it’s cold it does that… It seems that that seems to be a good go to response for anything that you ask. Now when it’s happening a bit more often you can tell it’s not just the cold… Also if you jump on the Audi world forum you find out that this is a common complaint. They also tell you how to pop open the trunk panel and pull on the flimsy little wire. However your service department did show me that themselves last year. More
