Came in for a recall, and Service fixed it, along with updating my rear brakes, in half the time they estimated. Price for brakes seemed reasonable. After repairs got car on Friday and the next day check engine light was back on. Called and left message I was bringing car back on Monday. When I dropped off car on Monday, no loaner was available. I waited ~1hr, and they were able to run diagnosis, which indicated the sensor which they had replaced as part of original service was faulty. A loaner vehicle was quickly arranged. Staff was very friendly and helpful. In general, it appears Subarus are more expensive for maintenance and repair, however, most of our Subarus have lasted beyond 250,000 miles; so you get what you pay for. More
