I'm used to going to a car dealership and having to put up with their high pressure games and to putting something in the 'contract' that I don't know about but end up paying for. Maple Hill is an exception. In a large part, that's the reason they have our trust and why we bought two new Subarus there in the last four years. I felt absolutely no pressure at any time and the price was right, so we made the purchase. There was zero pressure in any part of the purchase. So I now have trust in that dealership, and will be back for more. Just outstanding. More

I am over the moon with my new Crosstrek. I hadn't totally made up my mind I was buying a car the day I went to Maple Hill but after speaking with Jacob, I was sold! I had done my research and knew t totally made up my mind I was buying a car the day I went to Maple Hill but after speaking with Jacob, I was sold! I had done my research and knew that Subarus were rated extremely high in reliability, overall ratings, and resale value and that the Crosstrek was the best fit for my needs and wants. Jacob was patient with all of my questions and made the buying process understandable and so incredibly easy. I've had my Crosstrek for just under a month and have over 750 miles on it! It is just such a blast to drive that I am finding excuses to hit the road with it. Now that the weather is getting warmer, I'm really looking forward to hitting the highway with the sunroof/moonroof open and the music playing (maybe a little louder than it needs to be). Great, great salesperson and dealer as well as an awesome car! More

The oil change was done within an hour which was fantastic. The problem is I live in Battle Creek so that's a long drive to get an oil change so I will not be getting that serviced at the dealership fantastic. Brought in ‘20 car with 2nd dead battery in 2 days. Was not told that this is a massive problem with Outback’s.as the installed batteries cannot handle electronics. They charged battery.
