We were really impressed with Kade. Before meeting him, we were approached by three other salesman that really didn't say much when we told them the vehicles we were interested in possibly purchasing. Then Kade came out and was very friendly, extremely informative about the vehicles, offered us to test drive. He worked with our questions and requests and still is wonderful in helping us with our vehicle. He is charismatic, eager but not pushy, and honestly if he hadn't come outside, we would not have purchased a vehicle because no one else seemed interested in business. Tim Born is also extremely friendly, and helpful in explaining the purchasing process and all the details of buying. Great customer service by both men! More
I debated even looking for a different car but knew that Audi would be one of them if I did. Jon was friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and willing to work with me. I can't say enough about his professionalism. All around a positive experience. More
Service was good, although again a little longer then anticipated. I have had questions about a loss of tire pressure warning in right front tire for a couple years, at strange intervals, sometime 6 mo anticipated. I have had questions about a loss of tire pressure warning in right front tire for a couple years, at strange intervals, sometime 6 months, other 1 month.. I have done the protocol to reflate and reset the monitor. This time they did plug the tire externally for $30,00....if this works that is fine..if not I will return to dealership. More
