Though the Service Department was backed up on 11/26/19 @1400, the service to my 17 Forester was done in a reasonable time (I waited). Ms. Misty Figg explained all the particular details discovered during the service period of the Forester with evidenced-based facts and recommendations. I learned that my Subaru Panasonic stock battery was at 45 to 55% of it's max amperage capacity (less than 3 years old)...the CCA's had been degraded from its rated max 390 CCAs. Ms. Cassandra Westfall checked me out in record time - she is always very positive, competent, and professional! Way to go Misty and Cassandra! Note to readers: if your Subaru is 3 years or older - I recommend you check your vehicle's battery or have MH Subaru Service Department test the battery for you. Immediately after the service call, I purchased a 640 CCA MAXX battery at WalMart with a 5 year warranty (1st three years full free replacement) for less than $93.00 to replace the stock battery. I installed the battery in less that 6 minutes (very easy and simple) - only 2 wrenches needed: 10 mm and 12mm open/box wrenches. WalMart does the installation free while you wait as an option and also gives you a battery core $12.00 credit for the old battery. More

I am almost certain it is because of my young age that no one wanted to talk or make a deal with me. I worked with Phil Lawrence, James DeYoung, and one other person. Each disregarded me as a person who they did not want to deal with because they would not make a sale. Stay away from Maple Hill Auto if you are or look in your 20's. More
