They facilitate the entire experience with precision and meet their time and cost projections. It's not a hassle dealing with anyone in their entire shop. I drive from Hamilton which is about 45 minutes away to have my vehicle serviced, so its important that the scheduling is precise and the turn-around meets the projection. I am always impressed that they deliver on their promises! The car wash at the end is a very nice added touch. Thank you Maple Hills Team! More

Even though the solution was difficult to find, the technician will worked hard to discover the problem. While the origin of my car’s issue was never discovered, the service department decided not to charge me for the investigative work. I have been to this service location before and they have always done a good job for me. I highly recommend it. More
phaeton suspension service this visit was really good. first, the floor and seats were covered unlike my first visit. secondly, I was given an estimate that seemed reasonable this visit was really good. first, the floor and seats were covered unlike my first visit. secondly, I was given an estimate that seemed reasonable considering the item to be repaired was of an electrical nature. from what I understand, electrical problems can often take a long time to repair. third, mike confirmed what I had seen on the maple hill web site concerning a recall item on the phaeton. mike made an appointment for me immediately to have the issue resolved. finally, I wanted to order some parts, and mike directed me to the area, and the parts were ordered. that department was also very helpful. overall, I felt the service center deserved an excellent rating. thank you...
