Day after holiday not a good day for service Oil change on 2008 VW Jetta. Lady that greeted me in drop off garage, very nice. Service staff not welcoming, little eye contact, no hello. I did not Oil change on 2008 VW Jetta. Lady that greeted me in drop off garage, very nice. Service staff not welcoming, little eye contact, no hello. I did not tell service mgr about dash warning light re: light but figured they would say something to me. Mechanic confirmed the tail light needed a bulb but did not offer to fix, after I paid and asked about it was told I would have to get in line again to have it fixed. I asked him to point out which light it was so I could go to an auto parts store and fix it myself, he did, then took me to parts, I purchased the bulbs and the service mgr put them in (5 min) so redeemed himself there. Did not review issues found which required immediate attention according to mechanics notes I reviewed later (found a rear broken spring and need rear breaks). I explained rear breaks were making noise, service mgr said they probably had rust on them, they were only 1/2 worn so they were ok (not according to the mechanic). Not all inspection items were checked, at least 4 left blank. Felt I was leaving in a car that was not safe to drive and could have been pulled over for no tail light if I did not push that issue. Was told they were short staffed and clearly they were. I now also have an Audi and have been taking it to Mishawaka for service just to check them out, might take the VW there as well. I have been a customer of yours for decades, not sure I will continue but will probably give you another chance. More

Top notch Dealer and service I've owned my Sonata for a little over 2 years, and have always had it serviced at Maple Hill Hyundai. I don't think it is a fluke, but every time I h I've owned my Sonata for a little over 2 years, and have always had it serviced at Maple Hill Hyundai. I don't think it is a fluke, but every time I have gone there, the service has been stellar. From the time you call for your appointment till the time you pull out of the garage, every associate does their job efficiently, timely, professional, and most important, they treat you with the utmost courtesy. I can never say enough good things about the Hyundai Service Adviser, Steve Nutt. It is always a pleasure to work with him. Steve and his staff will always do you right.
