I love this place I'm an old man, and I've dealt with a lot of dealership service departments ... and Maple Hill's service department is the best I've ever encountered. For the last 20 years (and 3 Subaru Foresters) they have never failed to exceed my expectations in both the quality of the service, the timing of the work and the friendliness of the employees. The person who logged in my car made sure I understood my service and the cost as it was a more in-depth service milestone. I ended up needing some brake service as well. I was contacted promptly and felt no pressure in my repair decision. The person on the phone made sure I understood what they had found and walked through options with me, including not completing additional service. More
Overpriced and disappointed again When I called to schedule an appt. I was transferred back to the Hyundai department and Steve literally answered the phone and said, " I never though When I called to schedule an appt. (apparently your store has caller ID) Steve was quick to point out that the marks I gave him on the last disappointing service experience I had their had ruined his entire report card. I told him as a customer I had a right to express my honest experience and he continued to disagree with me. I feel stuck now....I purchased a car, 2 new cars there and now I don't feel I can come for oil changes without experiencing a problem. More

I went in for service on 7/1/19 and check in was fast but like the other reviewer said that visited on 7/5, the staff was not very welcoming. My service was completed in less that an hour and 1/2, which was impressive. However, I did not receive a car wash or was even offered one at that. I only take my Volvo to the dealerships to get service because I know it will be done correctly. If there were another Volvo dealer closer to where I live, I would very likely go there. Overall my vehicle rides like a champ :) More
Audi Recall Service - 2017 A6 I was only aware of one recall, but when picking my car back up, I was informed that they had done an additional recall, something to do with the gage I was only aware of one recall, but when picking my car back up, I was informed that they had done an additional recall, something to do with the gage cluster. Everything seemed fine, until I noticed that not only had my trip odometer been reset to 0 (affecting my ability for tracking my mileage), but the time had also been reset to, for some reason, 4AM, instead of 4PM. All in all, everything seems to be fine. Only time will tell. More

Took a little longer than expected, but Mike did a great job of lining up a loaner for me to use, and commu MHAG did a good job servicing my vehicle. Took a little longer than expected, but Mike did a great job of lining up a loaner for me to use, and communicating with me what was broken, if the repairs were covered under warranty, and any other items (ie noted tread wear on tires would necessitate new tires in the fall based on current average miles driven daily). MHAG has been solid on repairing my vehicle even though i didn't buy it from them. I thank them for their continued service and support. More
