Subaru Forester I got my first car from Maple Hill back in 2013. It was a great experience purchasing the car, and continued ever since I drove it off the lot and to I got my first car from Maple Hill back in 2013. When I decided to get a new car I came back the Maple Hill because of the great experience. Dempsey helped me out and my experience was great once again. Disappointing Volvo tech suggested I file an insurance claim based on the damage to parts. I followed that suggestion on 6/13/19 and was lead to believe that estim Volvo tech suggested I file an insurance claim based on the damage to parts. I followed that suggestion on 6/13/19 and was lead to believe that estimates would be submitted to the insurance company by the following week. That did not happen and when following up on 6/25/19, was told that estimates could not be compiled for 2 to 3 weeks. Therefore I had the vehicle towed to another facility for estimates. I did have non insurance related work done to the car and assume that work is satisfactory although I have not had access to the vehicle since that work was completed as I will not have the car back in my possession until the insurance work is complete at the current shop. More

Some regret. Liked Kade I was very happy with the car. The salesman, Kade, was very helpful and has a lot enthusiasm and sincerity which was unusual to find in a car salesman I was very happy with the car. What I really regret is the whole financing part I was intimidated by the 2 men who were in the room going through the financial choices. In hindsight I should have gone to my own credit union to borrow the money and not signed on for any warranties. I’m kicking myself for not taking a day or two to think it over. I made a big mistake. Service/recalls First off, I was quoted 5 to 6 hours for the recall time. Because of loaner availability, I couldn’t get an appointment for three weeks because I n First off, I was quoted 5 to 6 hours for the recall time. Because of loaner availability, I couldn’t get an appointment for three weeks because I needed a Monday am. I live in South Bend so I it was an hour and a half drive to find out that they would only need my car for an hour. Because I had to leave home at 7am, I got the loaner car anyway so I could make some scheduled calls in the area. I couldn’t go too far because I was required to pay for any gas I used. Total shop time was 2.5 hours. I was charged for a tire rotation that never happened and promised a car wash to avail. I drove back to SB and stopped at my regular place for a FREE tire rotation which cost me an extra 40 minutes. Overall, a very frustrating experience. More
