Purchased my second car from Maple Hill Auto Group This was my second car purchased from Jon & Kevin. Purchasing a car is not a fun activity for me and I like to take my time. When I visited, Jon had all the cars I wanted to look at ready for a test drive. I even came back a few time to drive and look at other cars. Kevin was willing to work with me in regards to finding the price I was happy with. Since I have already purchased a car at Maple Hill, I knew that the maintenance department would treat my wife with the same respect as me, which has not been the case at other dealers. mixed I've never been to service center at Maple Hill. Upon arrival, i found the service center entrance (there was no directional signage) and pulled into I've never been to service center at Maple Hill. Upon arrival, i found the service center entrance (there was no directional signage) and pulled into a lane with a green arrow. While i could see people inside, no one came out to greet me and the doors didn't open. I sat in the driveway for about 5-7 minutes. As I got out of the car to find help, someone from the lot came over and told me the doors were automatic. Apparently they weren't working properly, so he opened the garage for me. I walked to the counter. there were at least 7 people standing there. I asked why no one was able to let me in. I received an apology. I was then told the service would take 5 hours. (On the phone I was told 2 - 3 hours, so i had planned to wait.) He said he would expedite the request. I was called 2 hours and 15 minutes later. And was happy with the turnaround time. Would have been nice to be greeted and walked through the process instead of having to guess what was happening. Thank you. More

Quick and efficient service! Took the wife’s Subaru Outback in for a headlamp replacement under the extended warranty program.
