Back camera replaced—Now it is crystal clear! Yay! The folks at Maple Hill Subaru are always friendly and helpful! I’ve been to the service department two times in the past 4 months. Once to identify The folks at Maple Hill Subaru are always friendly and helpful! I’ve been to the service department two times in the past 4 months. Once to identify a rattle up front (nothing found) and another time to change out a faulty fuzzy back camera. Both items were under warranty. Rick was helpful in showing me how to put my roof rails on. Two women service folks kept me apprised of the progress on my repair. Another man put together a bid for new tires which I need after purchase of the car 2 years ago. This is my 3rd Subaru Outback purchased at Maple Hill (love this car!). Waiting room is comfortable, glassed in so there is natural light and with some snacks and drinks provided. It was great that I could keep my Golden Doodle with me during the wait time. My only wish is that the length of time to fix things was not so long. More
Superior customer service My newest MHAG experience started with an oil leak and a tapping sound. I set up my appointment and received a brand new Outback for a loaner. Afte My newest MHAG experience started with an oil leak and a tapping sound. I set up my appointment and received a brand new Outback for a loaner. After inspection I was told that the engine had numerous oil leaks. My leaks were fixed and my tapping sound is now gone. Thanks to the awesome MHAG service department for taking great care of me again! More

Wrong Day I made an appt. for Tues. at 9:00. I showed up on Mon. at 9:00 and without missing a beat, without pointing out my error, the service professionals go I made an appt. for Tues. at 9:00. I showed up on Mon. at 9:00 and without missing a beat, without pointing out my error, the service professionals got me right in, I waited less than an hour, and then my salesman came out to resync. my phone! I didn't realize I'd shown up on the wrong day until I looked at the calendar on my fridge late that afternoon. Thank you everyone! More

Jeff Daniel runs a very efficient service department. I can never say enough good things about Steve Nutt, the Hyundai Service Advisor. He is very knowledgeable about the nameplate, always does a great job about getting you in and out in a decent amount of time, is always friendly and respectful and overall just great to work with. Cody Dawes, the service tech came out and explained all that was done and when the job would be completed. The service I get from Maple Hill makes it worth the twenty plus mile drive I make to get my vehicle serviced there. Great job guys, thank you. More
