My only feedback is, like previous visits, I have to come back to re-review and issue I wanted them to check out. For example, on two occasions I complained of wheel well noise in rear driver's side tire (I even mentioned possible wheel bearing). On both visits, they said their technicians couldn't hear anything. Knowing this couldn't be the case if they took the car for a spin, I decided to take the car to another location. Within minutes, they diagnosed it right away (it was just as I suspected - wheel bearing). I decided to have it fixed in locally with a reputable shop that known for their work on foreign vehicles. This time, I wanted them to look at my headlight range. I believe this is the second time I brought it up. The first time was quite some time ago. None the less, I had a passenger notice my headlights don't seem to project as far out as they should. So prior to the service visit 4/8, I asked them to add this to the service request to check out. They checked to make sure the lights were working....but didn't have the ability to check the range (didn't really understand why) and said I would have to come back to do that again. So I give 5 stars to how nice everyone is, but it's disappointing when I have to continue to return because they don't diagnose it the first time. I have another example years ago where they had my car for ~20days trying to root cause and issue, only to find out, they diagnosed it incorrectly the first time. What took 20days to fix only took 1 day to fix when they realized what was really wrong. My opinion of the service center's technical expertise and thoroughness is very low for these historical reasons. I'm not sure if it's the skill set (of doing accurate 7 step problem solving or fishbone techniques they need better help with) or making sure they carve out the adequate time to do a proper root cause analysis the first time. I suspect sometimes I'm told to come back because they didn't have time to really look into my issue thoroughly the first time and didn't have the guts to admit that (or their technicians' said they took it for a ride to their manager, but really didn't). It's disappointing that I suspect that...but again, there's a pattern of history that repeats itself. Great hospitality and kindness, poor root cause analysis. More

Got the work done ahead of schedule I was scheduled for the air bag recall. Now while recall work generally means no charge for me, it can still cost you money if you're someone like me I was scheduled for the air bag recall. Now while recall work generally means no charge for me, it can still cost you money if you're someone like me who doesn't get paid time off. In that case, every hour in the waiting room is lost work income. The service department told me the job took 3 hours. They actually got it done in about 2. So, I was generally happy about that. Also, I do like the new waiting room. They do offer a few tables where you can set up a laptop. Despite not being at the office, I was able to get some work done in the waiting room, which did cut down on lost income. More
