Employees are courteous, knowledgeable and take the time to explain reason for car repairs. I’ve never felt pushed into getting unneeded service. On occasion I’ve had to go to discount tire or Belle tire for an immediate repair and I try very hard not to do that. Their prices are higher and they push for unneeded repairs. More
When it was time to have my new tires new tires mounted I chose the dealer because because of their expertise with the alloy wheels. It is now evident they did not apply anything to reduce corrosion as I ha chose the dealer because because of their expertise with the alloy wheels. It is now evident they did not apply anything to reduce corrosion as I have waited in the waiting room 6 or 7 times for hours because of leaking along the bead. Yesterday I wasted 3 hours for someone to spray water on my tire and tell me they could not find any leak. When I arrived home I jacked up the car and sprayed the inside bead and it is leaking everywhere. So now I get to go back and wait again as they have already cleaned this bead up somewhat and now must do it again. When I made the appointment I explained that this wheel was corroded already done once and is leaking again they did not include that on the work order. More
My Wife and I went in to purchase a Subaru Ascent. We were working with a salesman (Matt) that wasn't there the day we came in to purchase the vehicle. We were subsequently put in the middle of a fight between a new sales person and Mike Z. , Mike then took us to his office and said he would work on our deal for Matt while he was off. The sales manager then came in and asked which sales person we wanted to work with. We told them that this was not our deal and that the sales manager needed to make that call and to leave us out of that fight. After all this back and forth, we finally got Mike to give us a purchase agreement. We wanted to get financing on our own through our credit union. We had a question as to how the down payment would be applied. We told Mike that we were going to go to the credit union to get the full amount for the vehicle, attain insurance and we would be back within the hour. We did not put any money down at this time to hold the vehicle because we were going to be back within the hour with the full asking price. We then left and picked up the check for the vehicle (full Purchase price) and attained insurance on that vehicle (paid 389.00 to start policy). We pulled back into the dealership 40 min. later. Mike then intercepted us in the parking lot and said that the vehicle had been sold! No phone call (he had both of our phone numbers) nothing. He knew we were coming right back, yet he still sold it out from under us. I walked in to the sales managers office (Keven) and told him that this was no way to do business. They considered the Ascent sold because someone gave them $1000 to hold it while we were gone. We walked in with the full $47,000.00 check in hand and all Keven said was, "yep! its sold." Again, no one could pick up the phone to call us and let us know someone else is interested. One of these sales people that we were caught in the middle of, made a phone call while we were gone and got someone to put that hold on the vehicle. Neither one of them were going to get the commission because we started the process with Matt. So they cut Matt and us out of the deal to make their commission!! NEVER do business with this Dealership! Shady, xxxxxxxx. These people are the reason people hate this process! Stay Away! More
