I'm sorry that this was your experience with us. We did have a very significant outage of the program we use to do just about everything at our dealership. It was a national outage that the program was experiencing, and we appreciate your patience while we were waiting for it to come back online. I'm not sure why your questions were met with a shrug, but if you are experiencing issues after your vehicle passed the recall, there is something more happening. We would have to schedule an appointment with a technician so that we can take a more in depth look at your car and figure out what is going on. I know that's probably not the answer you were hoping for, but it is all we can do to figure out what is going on to make your vehicle act up.
