Service was reasonably prompt and people were courteous. It is a very busy place and I did not know where to go, but I just stopped somebody who worked there and asked. He took me to the right place. This has nothing to do with the specific dealership, but it is rough to have to pay $200 for a car key. I can’t afford a new car and even used ones are very high. My car is 12 years old and did not come with a second key. Because of the way cars are made now it would be a major crisis if I lost my only key, so I felt I had to get another one made. The average American cannot save enough money to cover inflation in retirement. It is discouraging to have my 401k go down as prices go up at the rate they are going. More
