For starters: when you call with questions there's no direct line to the actual service department. Instead an operator answers the phone, puts you hold (always on hold), transfers you to the actual service dept where you wait on hold forever, until someone comes on the line. What's the point of listing a service number if it doesn't actually put you in touch with the service department? The people who work the service dept are not helpful or friendly and always sound annoyed that you're calling. Then you go to your appointment where you sit and wait forever until they take your car back. This dealership always wants to add other things to your bill that they insist need fixed (and this is on a brand new car). I will never buy a car at this dealer just because the service is so bad. They should take a look at how great dealerships run their businesses and model themselves after those. More
