I bought a Mazda 3 from Paul at Turnersville Mazda. This was my first car purchase. I was incredibly nervous as I have heard that buying a car can be a very daunting experience. I was given tips and tricks by several friends regarding buying a car so I arrived ready. I found that none of these tips were truly needed. Paul was incredibly helpful, friendly, and sincere. I truly felt that he treated me as if I was his own son buying a car. He took the time to explain every detail of the car including incentives and features. I enjoyed the entire process of buying and this is primarily thanks to Paul. I felt comfortable and unlike other dealerships did not feel as if I was looked down upon for being young. I was looking at several other cars at the time and he persuaded me quite easily towards his dealership, I will definitely return to Mazda Turnersville in the future and am currently working to convert my family to Mazda thanks to Paul. Made a deal to buy a car from Jason, I was issued a purchase order and asked for $1000 deposit, I signed the po and gave the $1000 deposit, 2 days later I get a call saying that they now want $5,000 de purchase order and asked for $1000 deposit, I signed the po and gave the $1000 deposit, 2 days later I get a call saying that they now want $5,000 deposit. We have a deal, the deal is done, now do what you have to do on your side, I did what you asked of me...........before any deals are done they are proof read by managaement before issueing a po.............all I wanted was what we all agreed on...............Jason was great at his job,he found me what I wanted,but his bosses let him down, in fact the boss refused to take my calls or even speak to me.................I called another Mazda dealer, gave him the information I got from Jason, they matched the deal and I had my car in a couple of days.....................thanks to Jason for his help, but his dealership stinks More

While we were shopping for our new Mazda, my husband and I were accompanied by our 5 and 7 year old children. The waiting area was equipped with Nemo and Willy Wonka - movies our children just love and kept them occupied while we were negotiating.
