Terrible Body Shop DO NOT USE THEIR BODY SHOP! I took my car once to get work done and it was great…Mazda was paying for that work. The second time I took the car was a DO NOT USE THEIR BODY SHOP! I took my car once to get work done and it was great…Mazda was paying for that work. The second time I took the car was an insurance claim. They rushed through the work and the paint is a terrible mismatch. They claim it’s not their fault because another body shop had used paint that was a shade too dark in an area close by the bumper. Regardless, a good body shop will match to the color that’s on the car, not just paint the car with the formula they think it should be and hope it matches. Terrible quality, terrible customer service… and I would never recommend them to anyone. More

They are the best I have been using this service department for about 10 years. They give you a loaner car and I liked the first loaner so much I purchased it. Fixed everything! I had some issues with my 2011 CX-7, and brought it in for service. I received a loaner to drive while my car was in for repair. It took almost a week I had some issues with my 2011 CX-7, and brought it in for service. I received a loaner to drive while my car was in for repair. It took almost a week for everything to be done, because they needed parts, but I didn’t care because the loaner was a 2018 CX-5 and I very much enjoyed driving it. Plus, the estimate was higher than what I actually paid, which was nice. More
