BEWARE!! I recently took my '21 Explorer in for service due to an airbag issue. My car was left at the dealer for over a week. When I arrived home, I further inspected the car and noticed there were scratc due to an airbag issue. My car was left at the dealer for over a week. When I arrived home, I further inspected the car and noticed there were scratches outside the door panel and inside the car where the work was being done. I spoke to a manager and was told to bring my vehicle back so they can take a look at the damage. I was told that the dealer took multiple 360-degree pictures of the vehicle when it first gets dropped off by the customer. This was to ensure transparency between the dealer and client. Management and I reviewed the pictures of the car and coincidentally, they did NOT take a picture of the side of the car where work was being done. This makes you wonder if they deleted that picture to abstain from being at fault. I spoke to the manager, John Davis, he provided no solutions nor could he explain how there were damages to the vehicle inside AND out on the side where the work was being done. My advice to you is before dropping your vehicle off, take your own pictures inside and out to ensure they do not damage your vehicle. I am extremely unsatisfied and disappointed with the service. I will rethink the next time I purchase/lease a vehicle from this dealer in the future. There is NO reason why I should find my car in WORSE condition than when I dropped it off. More

I went into Maplecrest Ford to purchase a used car. My salesperson was ERTIS PRATT. Although I did not get the car by reason of a failure to become approved for credit, ERTIS was very professional and we salesperson was ERTIS PRATT. Although I did not get the car by reason of a failure to become approved for credit, ERTIS was very professional and went far beyond the duties of a salesperson. I would recommend that if you go to that dealership to purchase an automobile, ask for ERTIS PRATT to become your salesperson. More
I went in to satisfy a recall notice on my driver air bag on my 2012 Ford Fusion. I was greeted immediately when I entered as they had at least 5 attendants waiting to respond to guest. Big difference from t on my 2012 Ford Fusion. I was greeted immediately when I entered as they had at least 5 attendants waiting to respond to guest. Big difference from the dealership I normally use which is closer to my home but not as accommodating to customers. My repair was done quickly and they checked my battery tires and brakes at no charge. When car was ready they drove it to from door ready for me to drive away. Top notch service. More

Was very disappointed with Maplecrest Ford's used car sales methods. Went in on Friday 6-12 looking for a used SUV for my son. Was shown a 2013 Ford Escape Titanium that fit his budget (Under 10K). On Monday our son travelled out here from NYC to look at the car. Was ready to buy it for their price. Had our mechanic look it over, who said we should get a warranty for the transmission as it looked questionable. When we told the salesperson, he then told us that the transmission was bad and couldn't sell us the car. Why did they put it on their website for sale if the transmission was bad? The fact that we had to discover the bad transmission ourselves says a lot about this dealership. More
