I had the pleasure of visiting Maplecrest this past I had the pleasure of visiting Maplecrest this past weekend, with a trade in that still had a balance on it . I initially was apprehensive about even going to the dealership because I thought I would be stuck with my car for at least another year. However, Gwen H. convinced me to come in over the telephone to see if something could be done. I walked into Maplecrest and to my surprise everyone was extreamly friendly and pleasant, most of the dealerships I have visited in the past have had  salesmen greeting you at the door and attacking you soon as you walk in, not Maplecrest ! I had the pleasure of working with Billy who was so nice & patient... He was a complete sweetheart. I had my two yr old toddler with me, so you can imagine it was chaotic, but everyone was so understanding. At te end of the day Billy & the finance manager (can't remember his name) worked a deal of a life time that I could not pass up.... 3 hrs after I walked into Maplecreast I drove off the lot with a fully loaded brand new MKX (my dream truck) . The day I walked into Maplecrest I was a little apprehensive at going in, I had visited other dealerships and felt tremendous pressure from the sales people. We discussed what my needs were, the type of vehicle I wanted and what price range I was looking for.I test drove 2 vehicles and decided upon the Fusion. Micky was very informative and made my first car buying experience very pleasant and positive.One thing I really do appreciate about Micky is that he is available any time that I may have any questions. the dealership has a unique way of being able to get the key to any car you want to test drive whil standing in the lot. Our test drive did not have a salesman with us and we were told to try out the car, w key to any car you want to test drive whil standing in the lot. The experience was totally without pressure. Billy explained my options and answered all questions. He went out of his way to accomodate my time and decision making process.
