GREAT SERVICE !!! I needed a vehicle ASAP, as my previous vehicle had died, (transmission). I test drove and purchased a used vehicle that had just been traded in that it had not even been looked over, it been shown to at least one other customer, (who was going to purchase, but didn't have the down payment), and a couple of other customers had expressed interest while I was in the process if purchasing it. Long story short, bought "AS IS," but it turns out there were some "issues," and had to return to the dealer/service dept. to get fixed, Chong and others in the service dept and "Bones" addressed and resolved at NO CHARGE.SO FAR, SO GOOD. Very PLEASED and will bring back for continued service and vehicle needs! INFIDELITY RECOMMEND!!! More

Oil Change and tire rotation with extras I brought my car in for an unscheduled oil change and tire rotation. During their work, they noted that the cabin filter and engine filter were dirty I brought my car in for an unscheduled oil change and tire rotation. During their work, they noted that the cabin filter and engine filter were dirty and needed replacement. Also, the tires were at the end of their useful life and suggested replacement, particularly because we are in winter here in Minnesota. They had the tires on hand, they found a discount coupon which saved me $100, they completed the tire alignment, and finished all of the work in less time than they estimated. Although the total service amount was much higher due to the new tires, I do rely on the dealership to honestly keep me informed of what additional maintenance my vehicle may need - and they handle this responsibility well. My Highlander drives noticeable better with the new tires and alignment, and almost feels new. I probably most appreciate that they do their work right the first time, and are respectful of my time. More
