Great used car buying experience Enjoyed working with Kela Smith when we were used car shopping. Ended up purchasing a 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum, and even though it was the only Ma Enjoyed working with Kela Smith when we were used car shopping. Ended up purchasing a 2016 Nissan Maxima Platinum, and even though it was the only Maxima on the lot, Kela knew a lot about the features on the car. We also test drove a 2015 Camry and 2016 Avalon. Low pressure on buying the car once we were interested, minimal haggling on price. We purchased an extended warranty at the time of purchase and over the weekend I researched the warranty company and decided to not keep the warranty. The following Monday I had my credit union print out a new check with the lower amount and brought it to Maplewood Toyota, we had them hold the check I wrote at time of purchase. They already had a new sales agreement printed up and I was out of there in less than 5 minutes and they did not push back on me canceling the warranty I had purchased from them for $2,600. I was pleasantly surprised how well that went. More

Costco could not get the tire wanted and call to Toyota found 3 retail and 4th for $1 extended so scheduled a drop-in wait appt. and found great fast service with no surprises plus an ask for any other problems the Prius might be having. Mentioning one item, service manager worked some magic on computer settings and followed up plus gave a card to follow up again. Excellent all around. More
