Another local place wanted me to get new tires. Maplewood said tread was okay. Advisor Tom spent time going over each recommended service item so I would be comfortable with the work needed and the costs. Chris inspected the car and did the work that NEEDED to get done. Replaced the timing belt due to vehicle mileage (90K.) Turns out water pump showed signs of problems, but they called to get permission to replace it, too. Yes, service is expensive. But that is because these folks are highly trained and know what to do. My bill was less than $1000. I might have spent $2000 on items that were fine. I have learned my lesson: go to Maplewood Toyota to keep our Highlanders in top running condition. More

It's nice to feel comfortable with a dealership that I can trust and will only recommend service that is actually needed! Their waiting area is roomy and comfortable, and the cookies and coffee are great. I have a Toyota dealership less than 3 miles from my house, but I'm willing to drive the extra miles to Maplewood Toyota because of the above. More
