Great Service - Dan - 4Runner Arrived at 7:45am for 7:50am service appointment to determine why engine light had come on. Was checked in immediately where problem was reviewed and paperwork initiated. I was told it would take an hour to hour and a half to analyze. By 8:00am I was having coffee and cookie. 9:15 JB came and notified me they had located the problem however car would not be available until around 3-4pm. He explained what the problem was, that it was under warranty and would be no cost to me, and offered a vehicle to use, also at no cost. I was on my way by 9:35 or so. The vehicle was ready later in the day but I was unable to return until the following morning, which was no problem. More

Well, since I haven't owned a newer Toyota, I didn't realize I didn't have to do an oil change unt I scheduled an oil change and finally got in there. Well, since I haven't owned a newer Toyota, I didn't realize I didn't have to do an oil change until 10k miles or 1 year. I had a maintenance required light come on so I thought I was in trouble but luckily it was just reminding me to come in for 5k maintenance which was just a tire rotation. My service guy (Ryan D) saved me $40 yesterday. So friendly! I wouldn't go any where else. The receptionist was also very friendly. More
