Great Service I went to the wrong dealership. When I called, they still let me come in same day and were very understanding. They have all kinds of coffee, tea, hot I went to the wrong dealership. When I called, they still let me come in same day and were very understanding. They have all kinds of coffee, tea, hot cocoa, and cookies for your wait, as well as free WiFi. They wash your car and top off fluids free. (I was only coming in for a safety recall notice which is already free.) They also didn’t try to sell me anything! This definitely made me a loyal Toyota buyer:) More

Great customer service even without an appointment. I dropped off my car for its 45,000 service without having to make an appointment. Nice to take in when you choose. Before I got out of the car a re I dropped off my car for its 45,000 service without having to make an appointment. Nice to take in when you choose. Before I got out of the car a rep. was there to assist, they called me by name prior to me giving them any info - Magic I guess. I was in the waiting area in a matter of 2-3 minutes. I did have to wait on the shuttle driver for 40 minutes but they kept me informed twice as to his arrival time. Funny part is when I did get to work I recieved a call saying the car was done. Should have just waited which was an option I chose not to wait. This is my fourth service experience with them and every single one was a great experience with no hassles at all. More
