Service Team is AWESOME I love the service team at Maplewood Toyota. The service advisor pulls up my info as I drive in and greets me by my first name as soon as I step out o I love the service team at Maplewood Toyota. The service advisor pulls up my info as I drive in and greets me by my first name as soon as I step out of my car. They're always pleasant, courteous, and make me feel like I'm their #1 priority. I wish the typical walk-in wait period was shorter than 1.5 hrs, but that's just the cost of the walk in convenience. You can always make an appointment if you need to be in and out more quickly. They always have cookies, coffee, water, wifi and TV available. Today, I stopped in because my under-engine splash guard was loose. They let me walk under my car and described to me exactly what was "wrong" and what needed to be done. They know my car. They care about my car. And they help me to be more knowledgable as the car owner. A+! More
