Twice my appointments for my scheduled routine Toyota Care appointments were strangely not entered for the Service Department when I arrived, but both times the guys there still provided a great service and got me out of there in less than 2 hours - no matter how rushed or busy they were. It felt like as though I was in a Toyota commercial sometimes (in a good way). It’s no wonder they are one of the busiest and best locations in the upper Midwest! More

Unfortunately, we didn't see anything in my price range, so Jody said she had bought her last few cars from Tim, and she was going to look for him. Tim and Jody came out to find Scott and me and we talked about price, and he suggested the 2006 Toyota Highlander we had seen, except $9999 was way more than I was willing to spend. Tim talked to his manager and was able to drop the price to $6999, still a little high but after negotiating a new timing belt, if I paid half and a new serpentine belt if needed, I put money down and moved forward with the sale. More
