Another good experience at Maplewood Toyota My son was back from college and his car was overdue for an oil change. I brought it in on the morning of Black Friday. Time to complete was as promis My son was back from college and his car was overdue for an oil change. I brought it in on the morning of Black Friday. Time to complete was as promised. My son had a blown tire in the middle of Wisconsin and had 2 tires replaced there. I asked to have the remaining tires checked. They needed to be replaced also. But, they didn't try to sell me on their tires. Instead they said it would be better to go to the chain where the other 2 tires were purchased as it would be better to have the all 4 tires the same. Nice they're looking out for what's best for the vehicle and not just trying to sell whatever they can. More

As part of my service today, I The superlative service at Maplewood Toyota must give their sales staff a great assist in their effort to sell cars. As part of my service today, I needed to have a tire repaired (or replaced) because of a road-hazard puncture. My service advisor explained that whether or not the tire was repairable - it did not matter since I had purchased my new tires at Maplewood Toyota - and they were still within the warranty period for road-side hazard. So I received a new tire at no cost. This is just one example of the thoughtful service I have received at Maplewood Toyota over the years. I am very thankful and appreciative of their collective efforts. Generally, I throw superlatives around like "manhole covers", but in this case the praise is well deserved. More
