Excellent service department: no financial surprises! The service department at Maplewood Toyota goes to great lengths to make sure you are not surprised when you get the bill. There was some question as to whether my (minor $110) problem would be covered by the certification warranty with its $50 deductible. Although I said I would pay the entire $110, they waived some of the fees and brought the repair in under $50. And this for a vehicle that I purchased from a different Toyota dealership. (The reason I bought a vehicle out of state was due to incredibly low mileage.) This service department is super busy, but worth the wait. They always exceed my expectations. More

Cody and his associates were extremely helpful! Brought my 2009 Prius in as it was pulling very hard to the left, and the steering wheel was vibrating badly. It started after tire rotation a few weeks earlier as part of my 85,000 mile maintenance. Ends up the front left tire was badly cupped and the others were starting to wear badly too. Appeared to be a bad tire steel belt in the worst one. Luckily there was a buy 3 get 4th tire for $1 special so I replaced the tires with their recommended type. The whole experience was very consultative - when I took it in the night before the service reps were very helpful and had lots of good observations, and assured me they would check the car out 100% before making a prognosis. I was worried it was part of the axle or suspension. I'm driving the car now and it's back to normal! More
