Because the recall required several hours, I had to leave the car there. They did everything promptly and called me when it was done. I even got a $13 off coupon for the synthetic oil change plus a free car wash. The only thing that bothers me about this dealership is that a couple of years ago they recommended I spend over $2,000 in repairs to my 2004 Toyota Sienna. About a year ago I had the car in for an oil change and they recommended the same repairs. I never did the repairs and the car is still going strong. More
