Grateful and Appreciative I brought my Toyota Sienna mini-van into the service department for an oil change and to inspect my tires prior to an out of town road trip with my fa I brought my Toyota Sienna mini-van into the service department for an oil change and to inspect my tires prior to an out of town road trip with my family. Fortunately, the service team found a serious oil leak in the processs. They were able to replace a leaking hose which was covered under my Toyota waranty at no cost to me. But they needed to keep it overnight, so they gave me a loaner vehicle. I asked if I might have a mini-van loaner to replace my mini-van, and they were able to accomodate my request. I also was able to replace my worn tires. Tom was extremely helpful in assisting me to find the right tires at the right price. Fortunately, there was a tire sale, buy three, get the fourth for free. I was able to get the tires I needed at a good price. The tires already paid for themselves as I was able to narrowly avoid two car accidents during my road trip which would not have been possible with my old, treadbare, tires. Our family is grateful to Tom and the entire service department team. More
Old RAV4 to New RAV4 My 2003 RAV4 finally had issues. 10K Service (but the sale came first) Mabi Ekiyor was fantastic! He gave me plenty of space so I could explore all the features of the Prius Eco. From under the hood, to the cabin featur Mabi Ekiyor was fantastic! He gave me plenty of space so I could explore all the features of the Prius Eco. From under the hood, to the cabin features for passengers and driver, to the cargo area, I got to know the Eco. And as for the test drive, Mabi probably gave me the key fob at least three or four times. I had questions about roof racks and compatibly, mileage, hybrid technology, service schedules beyond what's in the owner's manual and more, and Mabi always came through with a substantiated answer for each question - he either obtained the information for me or introduced me to other subject matter experts at Maplewood Toyota. In short, I've had the opportunity to work with a number of top rate auto sales people over the years, so I can say Mabi is truly among the very best. I had been considering the two highest mileage 2017 autos, and Mabi helped me discover that the Prius Eco was the most appropriate fit for me. Thanks, again, for your assistance, Mabi. And as for the 5k and 10k service, I worked with Joey and Ryan respectively. As I recall, David, the Service Manager?, gave me an update during my 10k visit. From the moment I drove into the service aisle, both times for the scheduled maintenance, until I left, I experienced professional, courteous treatment from all the Maplewood Toyota Team I encountered. My thanks to the entire Service Team, including the technician I didn't meet (yet), for keeping my Eco safe to drive, reliable to operate and running as efficiently as possible. Tim More

Exceeded Expecations Berto, our sales representative did a very nice job. I thought this was exceptional customer service and an example of, "Doing the right thing." We had been to another Toyota dealer prior to this dealership and the experience there was very underwhelming and left there feeling as though we were there for them and not the other way around.
