One time they had a $200 part ordered for my squeaky steering column, but did not use it (they "greased the boot" and did not charge me.) Their service is not cheap, but they will correctly identify and fix the problem. Our Highlander (80K) was whining on the highway, making strange noises, spongy brakes. They told us what it would cost to diagnose the problem (bad bearing). Then they gave us the repair cost before doing the work. My husband said the car is running better than it has in many months. Hint: they are super busy, so leave your vehicle if you can or take advantage of their shuttle service. More
