I purchased them a little early in order to meet the rebate deadline and had returned to have the tires mounted when my Prius was due for an inspection. John had communicated with his colleague, Joe, who met and greeted me with full knowledge of my particular situation. He had me in and out in less than an hour. Taking my car in for service is not my most fulfilling activity, but these two guys actually turned it into a positive experience. More

We went shopping and got a text before the two hours were up that the car was done. We picked it up and it had been washed. We live part time in AZ, and we never get as good as service down there. I got a call from Rob and was pleasantly surprised that it was my rear breaks that have some issues. Rob explained the problem and fixed my issue for $2005. This was much less than that I was thinking. I am extremely happy with his service and I would give him 11 out of 10 More
