Tom Westcott was helping us from the moment we hit the lot - helping us find a parking space on a busy Saturday, hearing us out, and then pointing us in the right direction. Never pushy, he had a couple of ideas and not 5 minutes after introductions he had us out on the road on a test drive. He's got a great sense of humor and so the process was fun. No other dealership we went to compared to how well we were treated at Maplewood Toyota. When we had decided on the car after thinking over the weekend, Tom was quick to act - the longest wait was to have the car cleaned and new tires put on. When it came to buying, we were in and out in an hour. The whole time we were treated with the utmost respect - like we were family.
