If it''s a normal noise, I wish either the salesman or tech would have informed me before I drove 30 miles & wasted 2 hours to find out nothing was wrong. More

BUT - i was incredibly disappointed in the quality of the coffee (no more premium Caribou or Starbucks and it tasted gross) and the absence of donuts. There were cookies as usual, but I love Grandma's baked goods and none were to be had in the 2 hours I spent waiting for my car. The work is perfect and cost as expected but somehow the enjoyment of waiting was diminished by the coffee and no donuts. More
