Excellent customer service We have been going to Maplewood Toyota since 2004. We have never been disappointed with their customer service. The buying experience has been easy, and their service department makes owning a Toyota very satisfying. Our 3 Toyota's (Camry, Highlander, Tacoma) have basically only needed oil changes, tires and brakes. So the Toyota product is built so well. Then if any extra service is needed (filters, fluid changes), the service adviser clearly explains the work and why it's needed. We don't ever feel like they are trying to sell unneeded services. Because of Maplewood Toyota's service, my wife feels comfortable going to the dealership by herself. Maplewood Toyota has demonstrated they truly have our best interest in mind. More
