Ordered my last 5 vehicles online through price and build. Was not aware of Toyota not giving that option. Sat in my car while looking at inventory before I wasted anyone’s time. Linked with internet rep Baylee who asked me to come inside to discuss further details on possibly getting on a waiting list for a Tacoma. Looked at one on the lot that I was interested in getting instead of waiting. Came inside and asked for the rep. Watched her stand with her colleagues and then walk right by me without saying a word. Maybe it’s because I look younger than my age. Was in car sales myself and I know how it goes. This was potentially going to be a three car deal for myself, wife and stepson, because we all needed vehicles to handle the harsh winters. Left the dealership because we ended up moving forward on a house we had been looking and I just couldn’t wait any longer. I did message my number, email and name and even after leaving never received a call or email to talk or move forward. Maybe I should’ve dressed better but no one dresses their best when moving. More
