Awesome Service Mgr went above an beyond! I went in for a routine tire rotation.. I mentioned to the Service Mgr that I was 99.9% sure that I had lost my diamond wedding band in my car a coupl I went in for a routine tire rotation.. I mentioned to the Service Mgr that I was 99.9% sure that I had lost my diamond wedding band in my car a couple of months earlier but after multiple searches done by myself and others, we were unable to find it. He said that he would personally take a look as he was familiar where things can hide. I left not thinking that he would find it and that I would be making an insurance claim and shopping with my husband for a replacement. Imagine my surprise when he texted me a hour later with a picture of my ring. I was speechless! When I went to pick up my car later that afternoon, he had it waiting for me. I consider this above and beyond! I have told my story to everyone. I don't remember his name, but his initials are JB. I hope that you commend him on superior/world class customer service!!!!! I worked with Tim originally which was great because at that time I was buying my first new car! Needless to say I had tons of questions and he was patient, helpful and straight forward. This time was just as great. He will let you know what the deals are and if he, himself, would buy it not what he felt like he wanted to sell. I left on Saturday with something even better than I expected, a 2017 Camry! Tim kept all my concerns in mind and didn't try to convince me out of the options I wanted but he also gave me good information. He has amazing experience, great knowledge and major patience.
