Service advisor made useful recommendations and answered my questions. By the time I had two fresh cookies and a couple cups of coffee my car was ready. I was told what they found and was assured the car was good for many more miles. Every interaction was with a courteous and friendly employee. Not a bad place to relax for an hour. More

Great technicians and staff I had an appt for an oil change and to fix the front passenger door. However, when I received my bill, the price was not what he had quoted me. The person giving me the bill nicely said she would make the adjustment and did change the cost to what I was quoted. I appreciate the cost savings but wonder why the best price cannot be automatically provided to loyal service customers. I know that you have the service record for my car on your computer and know that I do all of my service there, so why not just give me the best price, in appreciation for my business, and then tell me that, not wait for me to provide a coupon and then tell me you can do better with another coupon that I don't have access to and then forget to put it on the receipt. More
