Service to my vehicle was per the service agreement My service request was as follows: 1. Check front-end and rear-end wheel alignment 2. Change oil with synthetic oil and filter 3. Check interior My service request was as follows: 1. Check front-end and rear-end wheel alignment 2. Change oil with synthetic oil and filter 3. Check interior and engine air filters 4. Don't rotate or balance tires 5. Check and tighten all assist handles 6. Schedule recall repair on spare tire hanger 7. Anything else that would require service attention I did not ask to have a non-Toyota service reminder removed from my vehicle windshield. More

Routine service I made an appointment for a routine oil change. After which I discovered it was my granddaughter's last softball game of the season so I wanted to ge I made an appointment for a routine oil change. After which I discovered it was my granddaughter's last softball game of the season so I wanted to get keep my appointment, but get out quickly. I came in early to help "grease the skids". When the service department came to review with me the status of my vehicle and a suggested routine part replacement, I told him I would come back for that as I was in a hurry to leave. They got my car's service completed, run through the car wash and I was on the way to the game in record time. I drive out of my way to maintain my service at Maplewood. Not only were they great to deal with when I bought my car, the service deparment is stellar! More
