Picked up my long awaited 4Runner TRD Off Road Premium the end of January 2023 with the assistance of Jim Miller, who was our sales representative more than a decade ago when we ordered a new 2012 Rav4. the end of January 2023 with the assistance of Jim Miller, who was our sales representative more than a decade ago when we ordered a new 2012 Rav4. Since the 2012 purchase, Jim assisted us with another Rav4 and 4Runner purchase before this most recent purchase. Jim also assisted our daughter with the purchase of a Highlander a couple years ago. On the administrative side, Jorge Pena made sure all the paper work went smoothly and was handled quickly.
