Maplewood Toyota is AWESOME!!!!! I went in for routine 10,000 mile oil change and tire rotation. I told them I was going to go to St. Johns so see my niece. I have known Joe since I bought my first Prius new in 2007, and now with this recent purchase of a used 2008 Prius. Ryan and Cody have (unfortunately!) been able to help multiple times, as my new vehicle has had some hiccups. Every time I drive in, I feel I am taken care of and kept informed, and every encounter is professional but not without some humor thrown in. Now- no one REALLY wants to bring a car in for service, but if service is needed to keep this valuable investment safely running, than I couldn't ask for much more! Also, Thanks to the "unsung" heroes- the mechanics who do the repair and oil changes. I don't know who you are personally, but thanks for keeping me on the road! I also have to say, I love having the convenient hours for service such as oil changes, and the new improved service bay area looks great and can accommodate customers comfortably. All that being said- I really hope I can enjoy you all from a distance! More
