With so many gimmicks and games and no one ever being straight forward, car shopping is historically awful. However, if you can get past the countless sales tactics that all dealerships make you endure, this place is awesome. We received great service and they held their word with many different scenarios later in the game. For example, two weeks after we purchased our 2010 Toyota Sienna, there was a whistling sound in the backseat area while highway driving. We were followed up with about the issue by our salesman (Wessy) and it was fixed (while they gave us a rental car) free of charge. In their words, "We told you when you bought the vehicle it would be perfect. If it isn't that way, we'll cover it no matter what at no expense to you." We would highly recommend Maplewood Toyota to clients that have no problem negotiating and standing their ground with their specified budget. If you can't handle all the "sales-y" pitches and games, don't go to this dealership. If you can, we played a fun game of counting all the different types of tactics they used on us. All in all, the people were friendly (especially our salesman, Wessy) and provided a great service. It's just the nature of the industry. More
