I am a veteran, and the last time I went car shopping I felt my questions weren't getting answered or I felt like I was pulling teeth to talk to a sales rep. I didn't have that issue here at Maplewood Toyota, I walked on the property asked the first rep I saw "I'm here to see Bones", from there I was with a fellow vet and swapping stories about places we'd been stationed. I can 100% whole heartedly recommend colleagues and friends to this dealership and will continue to do business with this dealership. More

I appreciated his quick and knowledgeable response to all of our questions, as well as his skill in finding possible cars for us to try. Once we'd settled on the car we ended up buying, Dave took additional time to walk us through all of the controls and special features. I thoroughly appreciated Dave's calm professionalism throughout the entire several hours we were shopping. At some other places, I've felt rushed by anxious sales people. My dad only thought we came there to take a look at cars but of course, I already had in mind to purchase a car.
