Maybe he was having a bad day? Interested in the new Camry after test driving some older CPO Lexus ES350's. Tom Decker, sales consultant seemed rather short sighted and accusatory of some preliminary questions regarding how I was going to buy the car; my first time attempting in purchasing a new car. Maybe he assumed I couldn't afford what I was looking at? Maybe he was having a bad day? Maybe, I won't service our family's Toyota vehicles at this location anymore. One bad experience shouldn't cast a shade over mostly good experiences but this kind of inept rudeness will stick in my head for a while when considering Maplewood Toyota as a reliable location. The rest of my Toyota experience has been great. Tom Decker, not so good. Stars deducted from my previous 5 stars experiences. Goodbye for now Maplewood. More
