I love my 2010 Prius, but when I leased it in Sept 2010 I didn't think I would be driving as much as I have this past year. I went into Maplewood Toyota last Saturday, during the snowstorm to have my oil changed and while there asked to talk to someone about what to do about my lease situation. Vic Perrotta was the sales person who greeted me and offered me a great option for resolving my lease issue with my excess mileage. I walked away with a brand new 2010 Prius, identical to the one I came in with only instead of 25000 miles on the odometer I had 25!!!! Yes 25 miles-starting out new. And with my high mileage I am now purchasing instead of leasing, have a payment I can live with and lots of other perks to go with it! I am very happy and very grateful to Vic for making this solution so easy and painless! Thanks to Vic and Maplewood Toyota for great service and esp Vic for being such an excellent sales person! I have great luck with the dealership in both servicing my car and turning in my old car/getting a new car. When I had service issues they were helpful, courteous and prompt. I had a hood "stain" once form a parking lot fluid drianing onto my hood, which messed up thre paint. I took it to them and they cleaned & buffed out the stain. In buying a new car they assisted me in my decision in a helpful manner. They did not "pressure" me into buying. When I discussed prices I had seen elsewhere they promptly matched those. Finnaly, when I made my decision they had the car ready, they did not pressure me into buying lots of extras since I was not inter4sted and I already knew what I wanted. Good dealer. More
