It’s easy to get an appointment, I love that I get an email AND text message reminder the day before. The 2 people at the service counter (Nicki and the other gentleman in the corner) are always so nice, email AND text message reminder the day before. The 2 people at the service counter (Nicki and the other gentleman in the corner) are always so nice, friendly, polite, and most importantly, respectful. Every time I’ve come for service, they never tried to sell me anything. If something was wrong, they would come out and tell me the problem, how long it will take, and the cost then go back to their desk allowing me to make a much better informed decision, rather than an impulse decision. It’s the little things I appreciate the most, like being able to bring my laptop and work. And when the sales guys don’t try to sell me a new car, but rather ask if I needed anything like a cup of coffee or water. Just to make sure I don’t leave anyone out, the mechanics that do the actual work deserve some praise. Although I never interact with them, they seem to be very efficient in what they do, and coming from someone who’s job is solely based around managing efficiency, I can see when things are done well. This entire team is incredible and I hope everyone knows there’s at least one person in the world who appreciates what they do to keep me and my family safe. More
Honestly, having paid as much as i did for the reapairs needed for my truck to pass inspection (e brake cable and pads) I would have assumed the technicians would have put air in my tires as a couple were needed for my truck to pass inspection (e brake cable and pads) I would have assumed the technicians would have put air in my tires as a couple were low due to the colder weather. Air and the labor associated with it must have been too high. I get it, tough times. I also looked at my receipt and it says "customer acknowledges the qoute of $2000". I not once heard the number 2000 in any of my conversations with Eric. Therefore I believe they put this on the receipt for a self pat on the back so others think they are under the qouted times. I will not pat you on the back for mis representing information. I will say Eric was very responsive and attentive. In our conversations he gave me the exact number I would be paying for the services so there was no surprises. Spoiler, it wasnt 2000. More
